Miss Targett-Parker has undertaken vulnerable witness training.

Miss Targett-Parker is a pupil supervisor.  She is an advocacy trainer for Lincoln’s Inn where she teaches on courses for both pupils and new practitioners as well as being a mentor for Lincoln’s Inn for members trying to secure pupillage.

Miss Targett-Parker has been a Bar Council Representative since 2016, is a member of the General Management Council for the Bar and Co-chairs the Bar Council’s Pro Bono & Social Responsibility Committee.

Miss Targett-Parker is the treasurer for the Human Rights Lawyers’ Association.

Miss Targett-Parker is the treasurer and founding member of Women in Family Law.

Miss Targett-Parker sits on the national committee for the FLBA.

Miss Targett-Parker founded TLC in July 2013 providing free, family legal advice for people who are unable to afford a lawyer. There are weekly clinics in London, Liverpool and Leeds providing free family legal advice. Miss Targett-Parker is the Chair of the Board of Trustees and a senior advisor.
