Travel
The Mediator’s travel expenses are to be paid separately in the event the mediation is not conducted online or at 10KBW.
Rooms
Mediation rooms at Chambers for 2 party disputes can be included at no additional cost, provided there is availability on your chosen date. Otherwise, we can recommend alternative suitable rooms. Hire of these alternative rooms is at additional cost to the parties. There are no room charges for online mediations.
Pro Bono

All mediation bookings are subject to our terms and conditions, a copy of which will be forwarded to the parties at the time of booking.
