10 KBWs Niall Macpherson-Mickel secured an acquittal at Reading for a man accused of 26 allegations of domestic and sexual assault, including two allegations of rape, spanning a 7 year period.
The trial which took place over two days, heard evidence of a distressing nature concerning allegations of sustained abuse which, after close cross-examination and submissions, were found to be unsubstantiated in their entirety.
