She undertook a commercial and chancery pupillage at 11 Stone Buildings and Gatehouse Chambers (formerly Hardwicke) and has since developed a practice defined by forensic analysis, lucidity of thought and a commercially attuned approach. She is instructed by private individuals, SMEs, multinational companies, banks, local authorities and government bodies including HMRC.

Rosana leads cases from their earliest stages through to trial and appeal. Holding both the Public Access and Litigation Extensions, she provides a complete, end-to-end service where appropriate.

Her practice includes significant international work. She has acted as lead counsel in multijurisdictional disputes involving Kenya, India, Spain, Ghana, Jamaica and Grenada, coordinating litigation teams and working closely with overseas attorneys.
