Immigration
Carlo regularly appear in the First Tier Tribunal and the Upper Tier Tribunal. Carlo represents applicants from various countries; namely Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, China and the Democratic Republic of Congo. There are two areas where Carlo is developing an expertise: assisting clients where there are issues of trafficking and instances where the Home Office are seeking to exclude applicants from the Refugee Convention and Humanitarian protection. Almost daily Carlo is representing clients in Immigration Rules, Human Rights Appeal and EEA appeals. Carlo has also furthered his expertise in work he carries out by the local authority which further assists his advocacy in court and knowledge immigration law from both sides.
Family
Over several years Carlo has represented clients in matrimonial issues, final hearings and non-molestation and contact orders.
Civil
Civil: Carlo accepts civil practice work in; landlord and tenancy, housing and property.
