Ahmad Badar in the Court of Appeal

Mr Ahmad Badar is presently appearing in the Court of Appeal in a landmark case regarding the deprivation of British nationality. The Bench comprises of Lord Justice Underhill (Vice President), Lord Justice Newey and Lord Justice Baker. The Court of Appeal when granting permission has observed that this case raises important matters of principles and practice in cases where the Home Office revokes a person’s British citizenship, and there has been no recent case in the Court of Appeal of this kind
