Background
Keith has a mixed practice with a focus on Civil, Immigration and Crime.
Prior to starting pupillage, Keith worked as a county court advocate where his work included consumer credit matters and various civil applications.
Keith also currently volunteers at the Chelmsford Law Clinic where he provides housing law advice.
Crime
Keith has prosecuted and defended a wide range of matters including in domestic violence and road traffic offences.
Civil
Housing
Keith has great experience in undertaking work in landlord and tenant matters, representing both landlords and tenants. He also has experience in social housing matters. Keith’s housing experience includes possession proceedings, disrepair claims and homelessness appeals.
Personal injury
Keith can provide advice on liability and advice in PI cases and has successfully represented individuals and insurance companies at fast track trials.
Keith also undertakes work in commercial landlord and tenant matters as well as general civil matters including summary judgment, set aside and relief from sanctions applications.
Immigration
Keith undertakes work in all areas of immigration law including EEA and asylum hearings, as well as bail applications.
